Technical Support Desk
The Technical Service & Support team are ultimately responsible for all client support, including capturing and monitoring requests, providing technical support and advice, and end-end issue management.
Incident and request lifecycles are managed from initial contact through to successful confirmation of closure, tracking and managing progress with resolver teams and 3rd parties where appropriate.
NOC (Network Operations Centre).
The NOC Encompasses a number of tasks in order to monitor & oversee both complex networking environments that require high availability or for less complex networks where the client simply prefers the peace of mind their systems are in safe hands.

On-Premise & Hosted/Cloud Based Telephony
